        ACRYLIC CARE

        We recommend using a soft damp cloth to wipe the board making sure the cloth is just damp enough to clean the surface.  Then use a clean dry cloth to dry it throughly.  If you would prefer to use a cleaner my favorite is Brillianize.  Although a damp cloth will do the trick everytime.  

        If your wet dry erase maker doesn't seem to be working after cleaning, it likely soaked in just a small amount of water.  Place the cap back on and store the marker tip down for an hour or so.  You can also double check to make sure you don't have build up on your board by recleaning or using a cleaning solution.  

        DRY AND WET ERASE MARKERS

        We prefer the Wet Erase Markers over the Dry Erase Markers for several reasons.  First you can typicall find the wet erase markers in fine point, the color seem more vibriant and the writing looks clean.  Dry erase markers are more transparent and if you ordered the clear acrylic you're going to find these markers harder to read.  

        CHALK MARKERS

        Although these markers are usually only found in thick point options and have a tendency to dry out fast, they have lots of color options including neon and bright colors and I have even seen them in metalics.  

        WHICH BRAND OF MARKER

        We have had some issues with the expo brand staining lighter color acrylic so we suggest never using this brand!

        POLICIES

        Our professional design team may make changes to your design for aesthetic purposes.  Although these changes are typically minor we may have need to move parts of the design to accommodate your hardware choice, center items or move wording and designs to ensure they are in the print area.  We won't make changes to punctuation or spelling so please double check your design before submitting.  

        If you need to change the address to where your order is going, we will need to cancel your order and have you replace it.  All other changes we will do our best to accommodate but we can't guarantee changes once the order has been placed. 

        We suggest you only use a high quality, high resolution (300 dpi) image for the maximum print quality.  We are not responsible for low quality images.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the quality of the photo will be suitable for printing.  We will print exactly how the image is sent and will not refund or exchange for poor quality images.  

        SUPPORT

        If an order is returned due to insuffient or incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for all postage fee for the item being returned and for the cost of reshipping the item.  Please make sure your address is correct!

        We do everything we possibly can to prevent damages during shipment.  We even have some of our boxes custom made that have a patent on them and are weighted for glass.  Even with that things just happen during transit! 

        We do ask that customers file the claims when items are damaged, lost or stolen so the carrier can reimburse you direct.  Please reach out to us and we will help you with this process.  DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY INCLUDING THE BOX UNTIL AFTER THE CLAIM HAS BEEN SETTLED!

        All items are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.
